End User License Agreement

Before downloading / installing / purchasing the Eagle software (hereinafter referred to as Eagle), please read this user license agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) carefully. By downloading / installing / purchasing this software, you agree to be bound by the terms of the Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, do not download, install and / or use Eagle.

Under the Agreement, Eagle grants you non-exclusive licensee rights. This software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

Rights and Restrictions

Eagle provides a 30-day trial period. You are allowed to install Eagle to evaluate, assess various features provided by Eagle, any methods or tools in the purpose to extend the trial period are prohibited. After the free or trial access period expires, you may only continue using Eagle by purchasing a paid license. Upon purchase, you are granted a license key which can activate up to 2 Macintosh or Microsoft devices under a single registered user as the authorized scope of use. The user must not rent / lease/ sell / transfer any of the activated devices registered under his or her name to others. Any copying / plagiarism / disassembling / reverse-engineering of Eagle is prohibited. Eagle will not be responsible if any hardware or data is damaged due to the violation of the aforementioned terms, If you do not comply with the terms of the Agreement, Eagle has the right to terminate this agreement.

Transfer

You are not allowed to rent / lease/ sell / transfer any purchaseed authorizations/licenses. It is forbidden to resell Eagle on any e-commerce platforms through group sales, resales, or personal selling in any way. If this happens, Eagle has the right to terminate the agreement and all of its authorizations.

Refund

Eagle provides a trial period, during which you can evaluate whether Eagle meets your requirements. If a refund is required due to any special reason after purchase, please submit the refund request to our customer support. Eagle will evaluate your refund request on a case-by-case Basis, in case of dispute, Eagle reserves the right of final decision.

Privacy

Eagle will not collect any source files you import. In order for us to enhance and improve Eagle, you agree that Eagle will collect anonymized information established by you when using the software for details please check: https://en.eagle.cool/privacy

Termination

The Agreement is valid until termination. If you fail to comply with the terms or disagree with the terms, this contract will automatically terminate without any notice. After the termination of this agreement, you shall immediately stop using and remove Eagle and all related setting files and copies on all your activated devices. Any terms of the Agreement that shall apply after termination shall survive after the termination of this agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Eagle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, direct, special, punitive, or any other damages, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use Eagle. Equally, Eagle will not be responsible for damages caused by loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption, computer breakdown or failure, loss of business information, or damage caused by negligence, resulting in a breach of privacy, in monetary or any other form, even if Eagle is notified in advance of the possibility of such damage.

Limitation of Liability

If you violate the Agreement, you are responsible for any damage caused to Eagle, its licensors, channel partners and related providers and subcontractors, other users of the product, or any other legal entities. In any event, Eagle’s compensation for any tangible, intangible, and derivative damage shall be capped on the total amount actually paid by the user for the initial purchase of the product.
